Introduction
Wood grain powder coating is the powder primer that carries the heat-transferred wood grain effect on metal doors, windows, curtain walls and furniture. The powder is cured first, then a wood-grain transfer film is applied under heat and vacuum; the pattern sublimates into the film to give a durable, washable wood look on metal.

Practical tip: The wood grain is not a coloured powder itself — it is transferred from a film under heat and vacuum, so the powder’s smoothness and the transfer temperature/time control print sharpness and colour depth. Outdoor use needs the weather-resistant series; the powder primer must be fully cured before transfer, and the transfer film and grain pattern are matched separately.
