Introduction
Walk-in curing ovens and curing rooms are high-performance industrial chambers for large-scale thermal processing. As a manufacturer, we design and build forced-air hot circulation chambers for coaters, OEM factories and industrial finishing lines — delivering uniform temperature distribution across the entire workspace for coating curing, moisture removal, drying and thermal stress testing of large parts and batches.

Applications
Our high-temperature curing chambers — also called drying rooms or baking curing rooms — are built for curing large electrical components, motors, powder coatings, chemical products and coated surfaces, as well as moisture drying for food and various industrial products. The forced-air hot circulation system ensures uniform temperature distribution throughout the working chamber, accelerating drying and hardening processes for large batches and oversized parts.

Structure & Air System
The main system uses insulated sandwich panels with combustion performance compliant with Class A1 or B2 standards. All five sides of the chamber are assembled from double-sided color-coated steel insulated panels, fixed with aluminum support beams and aluminum profile edging. High-temperature resistant silicone sealant at joints ensures effective chamber sealing. Single door opening: W800×2000mm (double or single door available on request).
The hot air circulation system uses a European-style design with left/right air outlets and a central return air duct, driven by high-capacity fans for forced circulation. Exhaust and circulation systems operate independently — the exhaust removes excess heat when internal temperature exceeds the setpoint. For coating curing applications that release volatile gases, we equip the chamber with a high-volume independent exhaust system to keep flammable vapor concentration well below the Lower Explosive Limit (LEL). The heater is installed in the ceiling air duct, surrounded by fireproof insulation, with PID temperature control that dynamically adjusts heating output based on chamber temperature.
Temperature measurement uses PT-100 sensors with imported or Taiwanese high-precision digital controllers (PID regulation, 0.1°C accuracy) and solid-state relay (SSR) output. The electrical control cabinet uses imported components from LG, Omron and similar brands.
Safety & Reliability
The chamber features fully automatic control with partial anomaly self-handling. When total cure time elapses, a yellow warning light indicates completion. If temperature exceeds the product’s upper safety limit, the system automatically cuts power to the product, triggers a buzzer and red warning light, and resumes power when temperature returns to normal.
Multiple safety layers protect equipment and product: dry-burn protection for heaters (auto power cutoff with alarm on fan failure or excessive duct temperature), interlocked heater-fan operation (heaters cannot activate if the fan fails to start), high-temperature resistant wiring (non-combustible at 300°C), 60W explosion-proof interior lighting, and flame-retardant insulation material throughout the chamber body.
Standards & Compliance
Our curing chambers are designed, built and tested in compliance with:
- GB 50052 — Code for design of power supply and distribution systems
- GB 50054 — Code for design of low-voltage electrical installations
- GB 50169 — Code for construction and acceptance of grounding devices
- GB 50243 — Code for acceptance of ventilation and air conditioning works
- IEC 60068-2-2 — Environmental testing: Test B: Dry heat
- ISO 9001 — Quality management systems (production compliance)
