Introduction

Valves present tough coating challenges: thick and uneven wall thickness, irregular shapes, rough cast surfaces, high thermal inertia with slow heat-up, and frequent collisions during handling and transport. Conventional powder coatings often fail on these parts. To solve this, we selected specialized raw materials and ran extensive testing to develop a dedicated Valve-Specific Powder Coating — delivering the decorative finish of a standard coating while adding performance built for valve service.

Excellent adhesion, impact and scratch resistance keep the film intact through normal handling and transport.
Low-Temperature Curing
Cures at 160°C / 15–20 min or 180°C / 10 min — faster than the usual 180°C / 15–20 min, raising output and cutting energy.
High-Gloss, Full Coverage
Strong gloss, leveling and hiding power with clean edge coverage and no sagging at ~100 μm film.
Bubble-Free on Cast Iron
Effectively eliminates the bubble formation commonly seen on cast iron valve bodies.
