Introduction
1. Product Overview
This powder coating is a thermosetting pure epoxy powder coating specially designed for the internal corrosion protection of pipelines in the pipeline industry. It is applied to the preheated inner surface of steel products, where the powder melts, fuses, and cures to form a uniform and dense coating film.
The coating features excellent impact resistance, flexibility, and adhesion, effectively preventing corrosion caused by corrosive soils, hydrocarbons, chemicals, industrial wastewater, seawater, microorganisms, and other corrosive media. It is particularly suitable for forming smooth anti-corrosion coatings on the inner surfaces of pipelines or other irregularly shaped workpieces.

4. Safety and Hygiene
This product is non-toxic, environmentally friendly, and non-flammable. However, appropriate protective measures should be taken to prevent excessive inhalation during application and handling.
5. Packaging, Storage and Transportation
The product is packed in cardboard cartons with polyethylene inner bags.
Net weight: 25 kg per package.
Store in a dry, ventilated, and clean environment below 30℃. The storage period is 12 months. Keep away from fire sources and heating equipment.
After opening, any unused powder must be resealed properly to prevent moisture absorption from the air.
Protect from direct sunlight and rain. When the ambient temperature exceeds 35℃, proper insulation and temperature-control measures should be taken during storage and transportation.
