Transfer printing powder coatings are decorative coatings that carry intricate patterns — wood grain, marble, or custom graphics — onto the cured film. A dry powder is applied first; during cure, a printed film transfers the design onto the surface for a highly detailed, realistic finish. The result is durable, scratch-resistant and UV-protective, suitable for indoor and outdoor use, and a cost-effective alternative to real wood, stone or liquid decoration.

How It Works

1. Apply the powder coating to the pretreated substrate by electrostatic spray.
2. Position the printed transfer film over the part and heat through the cure cycle.
3. The pattern releases from the film and fuses into the softened powder layer.
4. Remove the film after cooling — the design is locked into the cured surface.
