Application Process
1)Environment of the workshop：Temperature around 25℃, relative humidity (RH) ≤60%;
2) Roller coating: It is recommended to use electric carving or ceramic roller coating with a wet coating weight of 5-9g, and the dry coating weight between 0.9-1.8g/㎡;
3)Oven temperature between 80-170℃, machine speed is 90±10m/min, depending on the oven structure and coating conditions;
4) It is recommended to use ester and ketone solvents for dilution, depending on the machine speed, anilox roll, dry weight requirements, etc.
