We are a manufacturer based in China, specializing in high-quality Frame & chassis powder coatings MT-A400 series for industrial clients worldwide. Technical support and custom formulation available.
Category:powder Coating | Brand:MT
Introduction
The MT-A400 Series consists of weather-resistant pure polyester powder coatings developed for automotive and other vehicle frame and chassis components. Designed for metal parts exposed to mechanical impact and outdoor conditions, the coatings provide corrosion protection, flexibility, and resistance to stone impact and UV exposure.

Coating Characteristics
Corrosion Resistance
Helps protect coated metal components against corrosion.
Bending Resistance
Supports coating flexibility under bending and deformation tests.
Stone Impact & UV Resistance
Designed to withstand stone impact and outdoor UV exposure.
Application
Suitable for frame and chassis components across various vehicle models, including metal parts that require corrosion protection, mechanical durability, and weather resistance.
Application Parameters
| Parameter | Recommended Setting |
|---|---|
| Curing Temperature | 180–200°C |
| Curing Time | 10–15 minutes |
| Spraying Method | High-voltage electrostatic spraying |
| Spraying Voltage | 60–80 kV |
| Recommended Film Thickness | 60–150 μm |
Curing time and temperature should be determined according to the actual part temperature and the coating manufacturer’s specified curing conditions.
