Shelf powder coating or Storage rack powder coating is a dense, solvent-free film engineered for shelving, racks and warehouse steelwork. It gives strong adhesion, impact strength and toughness with good corner coverage on welded tube and folded profiles, plus chemical corrosion resistance and electrical insulation. The powder itself is easy to store and safe and convenient to transport.
Why Powder Coating for Storage Racks
Rack and shelving steel is constantly loaded, bumped by forklifts and wiped with cleaners. A powder coating delivers a dense, continuous film that resists knocks, scratches and cleaning chemicals, while the electrostatic process “wraps” welded joints, inner surfaces and sharp corners — exactly the spots where wet paint tends to thin or peel.
