Product Introduction

STD620 is a two-component high-toughness low-temperature thermal conductive adhesive. Component A is a modified epoxy resin mixture, and Component B is a modified curing agent.

Characteristics & Applications

  • Thermal conductivity, electrical insulation, thermal shock resistance, low CTE;
  • Used for components requiring heat dissipation and thermal shock resistance.

Instructions

Mixing ratio (by weight): A:B = 100:8; Mixing ratio (by volume): A:B = 100:17.5. Pot life: 30 min (25°C, 100g).

Curing conditions: 25°C /24h, 45°C /6-8h, or 65°C /3h.

Mix thoroughly and degas before using liquid injection molding.
