Product Description

MT-M series anti-rust paper is a vapor phase anti-rust packaging paper suitable for a variety of metal anti-rust.

During use, whether it is in direct contact with the metal or in a confined space at a certain distance, a small amount of STD anti-rust agent is continuously released to form an anti-rust and corrosion inhibitor protective layer on the metal surface, effectively alleviating metal corrosion.

At the same time, this product is clean, environmentally friendly, safe, and beautiful. The reasonable use of the anti-rust period is 1~2 years, which meets the US military standard MIL-P-3420E.

Product Features

1. Suitable for rust prevention of various ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

2. Does not contain nitrites, phosphates, silicones, chromates or other heavy metals.

3. Can be reused or re-pulped, biodegradable.

4. Can effectively prevent metals from being corroded by moisture, SO2. H2S and electrochemical corrosion.

5. The unique monomolecular protective layer has no adverse effect on the metal surface inside the package, and is also suitable for anti-rust packaging of electronic components and circuit boards.

6. It has stronger moisture and oil resistance.

7. It is more suitable for anti-rust in the intermediate process of product production and circulation, and no need to clean it again.

8. The outer packaging can be customized directly, which is not only beautiful and safe, but also extends the anti-rust period of the product.

Product use

Steel, chromium, pure tin, pure aluminum, cast iron, copper, alloy, bronze, copper, zinc. Caution should be used for cadmium, nickel, lead, solder, magnesium, tungsten, etc. and their alloys.

Delivery form

Rolled paper, single paper, paper bag, paper sleeve, stamped cardboard, etc.

All basic models of the STD-M series have flat paper of different thicknesses, single-sided or double-sided and various specifications for sale.

In addition, there are many special models available, such as:

Packaging and storage

Store in a cool, dry place and avoid sunlight. The maximum storage period of the original packaging: 2 years.

MT-M series is a recyclable material with a heat value greater than 11000 kJ/kg, so its material can be used for energy utilization

If recycling is not technically possible, it can be placed or incinerated with household garbage in accordance with the regulations of the local authorities
