STD-605 hydrocarbon cleaning agent adopts the American EXXONMOBIL base liquid. Aiming at the problem of acidification of solution caused by air, oil, water, impurities, etc. in industrial cleaning process, it is combined with the cleaning object and cleaning process, and metal-specific stabilizers, surfactants, solubilizers, corrosion inhibitors, etc. are added. It greatly improves the cleaning ability and cleaning life of the original solution, becoming an important type of industrial cleaning agent. It does not contain controlled substances, does not damage the ozone layer, and the toxicity data is not toxic in SARA313. It meets environmental protection requirements.

How to use

1. When using this product, you should read the product manual in detail and use it under the guidance of professionals. The cleaning methods can be cold immersion, ultrasonic cleaning, manual wiping, etc.

2. When using immersion or ultrasonic cleaning, it is recommended to set the cleaning process to three-slot or multi-slot cleaning. The replacement of the cleaning agent can be recycled in the first slot, and the next few slots are replaced in turn, and the last slot is added with new liquid.

3. It is recommended to clean at a temperature of 25-30℃ for the best effect.

4. When using the scrubbing method for cleaning, be sure to wear chemical-resistant gloves to prevent fingerprints and pollutants on the hands from accelerating metal corrosion, and at the same time avoid excessive degreasing of the hands due to long-term contact with the cleaning agent.

Precautions

1. Adjust the concentration of the cleaning solution according to the severity of the oil stain, and rinse the workpiece thoroughly after cleaning.

2. Remove the floating oil on the surface of the tank liquid in time to avoid secondary pollution.

3. Do not allow this product to come into contact with eyes. If it splashes into eyes accidentally, lift the eyelids and rinse with running water or saline. Do not swallow this product. If swallowed accidentally, do not induce vomiting, keep resting, and seek medical care in time. To prevent excessive skin degreasing, please wear chemical-resistant gloves during operation.

Wastewater treatment

No impact on the environment, the wastewater after cleaning can be discharged directly.
