Product Description

STD-603 Copper Cleaner is mainly made of high-quality surfactants, penetrants, corrosion inhibitors, special cleaning aids, etc. It does not contain heavy metals, phosphorus, nitrites and other environmentally polluting ingredients, is non-corrosive to human hands, and can effectively protect the surface of the cleaned material from erosion while cleaning.

Purpose

It is suitable for removing animal and vegetable oils, mineral oils, dust, hand sweat, organic matter and other dirt on the surface of brass, copper, bronze and other copper materials and their alloys.

Instructions for use

1. When using this product, you should read the product manual in detail and use it under the guidance of professionals. The cleaning methods can be hot soaking, ultrasonic cleaning, manual wiping, etc.

2. When using, the concentration of the cleaning solution should be adjusted according to the severity of the oil stain. Generally, the original solution is diluted 3 to 5 times to prepare the concentration cleaning solution for use.

3. When using the hot soaking method, heat the prepared cleaning solution to 40-60℃, clean for 5-15 minutes (shake the workpiece appropriately during cleaning for better cleaning effect), rinse with pure water/tap water and then dry.

4. Ultrasonic cleaning can achieve better cleaning results. Heat the cleaning solution to 40-60℃, clean for 3-10 minutes, rinse with pure water/tap water and then dry.

5. When the oil stain is particularly heavy or encounters high-melting-point lipids, part of the sludge should be shoveled away manually or mechanically, and then cleaned with this cleaning agent.

Precautions

1. Adjust the concentration of the cleaning solution according to the severity of the oil pollution, and rinse the workpiece thoroughly after cleaning.

3. Remove the floating oil on the surface of the tank liquid in time to avoid secondary pollution.

3. The cleaning workpieces must not overlap each other. 1% to 3% of the cleaning agent should be added regularly every day. If the cleaning capacity cannot reach the original level after replenishment, it can be discarded and replaced with new liquid.

4. Do not let this product come into contact with the eyes. If it splashes into the eyes accidentally, you can lift the eyelids and rinse with running water or saline; do not swallow this product. If you accidentally swallow it, do not induce vomiting, keep resting, and seek medical care in time.

5. To prevent excessive skin degreasing, please wear chemical-resistant gloves during operation.

Wastewater treatment

It has no impact on the environment. The wastewater after cleaning can be directly discharged into industrial pipelines after treatment.
