Product Description
STD-601 low foaming water-based cleaning agent is mainly composed of low foaming surfactants, penetrating diffusers, rust inhibitors and high-quality special cleaning aids. It is an environmentally friendly water-based cleaning agent that does not contain controlled substances such as heavy metals, phosphorus, and nitrites.
Applications
It is used to clean the surface of non-ferrous metal parts such as ferrous metals, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, magnesium, zinc and its alloys, including motor oil, grinding oil, cutting fluid, rust-proof oil, dust and other pollutants.

1. Low foam or even no foam, especially suitable for high-pressure spray cleaning, weak alkaline, high concentration, strong degreasing ability, can quickly remove various oils and stains on the surface of workpieces, and the cleaning power is ≧99%.

How to use
1. Before using this product, you should read the product manual in detail and use it under the guidance of professionals. The cleaning method can be spraying, hot soaking, ultrasonic cleaning, manual wiping, etc.
2. When using, the concentration of the cleaning solution should be adjusted according to the severity of the oil stain. In order to obtain the cleaning effect, the original liquid is generally mixed with water to make a cleaning solution with a concentration of 5-8%. After heating to 55-80℃ for spray cleaning or ultrasonic cleaning for 3-10 minutes, rinse with clean water and dry or directly dry according to the cleaning requirements of the workpiece. Increasing the concentration of the cleaning solution can improve the cleaning ability. The concentration of the cleaning agent should be relatively higher when manually wiping and cleaning.
3. When the oil pollution is particularly heavy or when encountering high-melting-point lipids, some of the sludge should be shoveled away manually or mechanically before cleaning.
Precautions
1. Adjust the concentration of the cleaning solution according to the severity of the oil pollution. The subsequent workpiece processing procedures will be determined according to the surface cleanliness requirements of the workpiece after cleaning.
2. Remove the floating oil on the surface of the tank liquid in time to avoid secondary pollution.
3. 1% to 3% of the cleaning agent should be added regularly every day. If the cleaning capacity cannot reach the original level after replenishment, it can be discarded and replaced with new liquid.
4. Do not let this product come into contact with the eyes. If it splashes into the eyes accidentally, you can lift the eyelids and rinse with running water or saline; do not swallow this product. If you accidentally swallow it, do not induce vomiting, keep resting, and seek medical care in time.
5. To prevent excessive skin degreasing, please wear chemical-resistant gloves during operation.
Wastewater treatment
It has no impact on the environment. The cleaned wastewater can be directly discharged into industrial pipelines after treatment.
