Product Description

STD-502 has excellent protective performance for various metal parts, molds, etc. The oil film is ultra-thin, easy to clean, easy to use, and the parts have beautiful appearance after sealing. It is suitable for the protective treatment of export parts and molds and the long-term sealing and rust prevention of high-end mechanical parts. It is especially suitable for marine transportation and has no odor. The sealing and rust prevention period is more than 12 months. At the same time, we have added STD vapor corrosion inhibitor. When STD molecules evaporate into a confined space, they will form a protective barrier on the metal surface, thereby better protecting the metal.

Main advantages

1. This product has extremely low viscosity and does not affect the appearance of the product after construction;

Leave an ultra-thin non-drying film with strong anti-rust performance on the metal surface, which can effectively resist chemical erosion by air, water and other liquid and solid particulate matter. Good permeability enables it to penetrate into the narrow gaps that are difficult for general rust preventive agents to reach, making it truly foolproof;

Packaging and storage

20L/200L barrels are sealed and stored in a cool, dry, clean, and ventilated warehouse at room temperature.

Usage and method

1. The metal must be cleaned before oiling, and there must be no pollution and moisture on the surface;

2. It can be used by dipping, spraying, coating, etc. The metal surface must be oiled, and complex-shaped workpieces should be immersed as much as possible;
