Product Description

STD-108C Heavy-duty Packaging Heat Shrink Film (Large Pallet Container Shrink Film Bag) is a large PE heat shrink film made with LDPE as the base material. The product has good flexibility, strong impact resistance and tear resistance, is not easy to break, is not afraid of moisture, and has a large shrinkage rate. At the same time, STD-108C has added new STD gas phase rust inhibitors and nano materials, which makes the product have excellent and super strong anti-rust performance and has a double anti-rust effect. After packaging, it can be stored in an outdoor environment for 6-18 months. While having primary protection, it uses its own tensile force during heat shrinkage to wrap the product for packaging, especially in the combined (bundle) packaging of irregular-shaped items or commodities. It can not only meet the functions of moisture-proof and dust-proof, transparent display, etc. of the commodity, but also prevent the movement of various parts and parts of the commodity to maintain integrity. At the same time, it reduces packaging costs and labor intensity.

Scope of use

(Special corrosion-inhibiting ingredients can be added to metal and metal-containing products to prevent rust)

How to use

1. Users or staff must wear gloves. It is strictly forbidden for staff to touch the product directly with their hands (gloves should be replaced in time after they are dirty);

2. Before using a heat sealer or heat shrink gun to seal, please pay attention to whether the products are stacked correctly and neatly;

3. Please read the instructions in detail before using a heat sealer or heat shrink gun;

4. Please pack and store the unused heat shrink film to prevent contamination of the inner surface of the film;

Delivery form

According to customer requirements, we can provide: sheet, roll, flat bag, three-dimensional bag and other special-shaped bags or customize according to the size of large products;

Storage conditions

Unused or remaining products after use should be kept sealed and placed in a cool and dry place. The shelf life is 2 years

Disposal

The base material PE of this product is a recyclable material. Contaminated products must be specially incinerated by the relevant departments
