Introduction

1. Product Overview

This product adopts phenolic epoxy resin and incorporates conductive polymers and conductive materials. It combines the advantages of both doped conductivity and intrinsic conductivity, and is specially designed as a conductive heavy-duty anti-corrosion powder coating.

The surface resistance of the cured coating film can be reduced to below 10⁵ Ω, effectively eliminating static electricity accumulation in gas drainage pipelines, preventing the generation of electrostatic sparks, and improving operational safety.

The product features high reactivity, strong adhesion, high cross-linking density, and excellent resistance to chemicals, solvents, cathodic disbondment, as well as outstanding flexibility and impact resistance.

A composite flame-retardant agent is added to provide a certain level of flame-retardant performance.

Surface Pretreatment Requirements

The steel pipe surface shall be free from oil contamination and moisture.

Surface preparation quality shall reach Sa2½ grade (GB/T 8923).

Preheating temperature shall be controlled between 180-250℃ and shall not exceed 275℃.

4. Safety and Hygiene

This product is non-toxic, environmentally friendly, and non-flammable. However, appropriate protective measures should be taken to prevent excessive inhalation during construction and application.

5. Packaging, Storage and Transportation

The product is packed in cardboard cartons with polyethylene inner bags.

Net weight: 25 kg per package.

Store in a dry, ventilated, and clean environment below 30℃ for up to 12 months. Keep away from fire sources and heating equipment.

After opening, any unused powder must be resealed properly to prevent moisture absorption from the air.

Protect from direct sunlight and rain. When the ambient temperature exceeds 35℃, appropriate insulation measures should be taken during storage and transportation.
