Sodium Xanthate 808 is a special collector for floating copper developed by our factory, leveraging the advantages of similar high-efficiency collectors abroad. It outperforms sodium butyl xanthate in terms of selectivity and collection performance.

Properties: Light yellow powder with a pungent odor, easily soluble in water.

Use:

The Sodium Xanthate 808# collector contains multiple polar functional groups of bonding atoms, which can form stable integrations with metal ions on the surface of copper-loving sulfide ores and are not easily desorbed. It has a special collection effect on metal minerals such as copper, zinc, and gold. Its adsorption amount on pyrite is small, and it is easily hydrolyzed and absorbed, resulting in a strong collection effect on pyrite. It is an excellent agent for separating copper sulfur, copper-zinc sulfur, and copper-molybdenum sulfur. The collector also has foaming properties and can be added directly to the grinding and flotation process. When used in combination with ethylthiocarbamate, it can achieve a more ideal flotation effect.

Precautions:

This product is weakly alkaline and may cause skin irritation. When opening the package, rubber gloves, dust masks, and goggles should be used to prevent inhalation of dust. If it accidentally sticks to the skin or eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water. In severe cases, seek medical attention.
