STD-26101 is a hydroxyl-terminated modified silicone copolymer, tetrafunctional, with high reactivity hydroxymethyl-terminal functional group-CH2OH, the reactivity is much higher than that of ordinary hydroxyl silicone oil with Si-OH as the reactive functional group, at the same time, because it has a phenyl group, it has good compatibility, through the reaction of its terminal hydroxyl group and is ocyanate, silicone components can be introduced into the polyurethane material, so as to improve the low temperature flexibility, water resistance, slip heat resistance, tear resistance and other properties of the polyurethane material.

Application System and Dosage

It can be applied to any system cross-linked by hydroxyl reaction, such as polyurethane system,amino system, etc. The dosage can be 0.1-20% of the total amount according to the requirements, and if the resin is required to have more silicone performance advantages, the dosage needs to be increased accordingly.
