Basic Information

Sealing Compounds 9802R is a high – temperature organic silicone resin, characterized by its excellent high – temperature resistance and good mechanical properties.

Features and Applications

High – Temperature Resistance: Can be used for long – term service at temperatures up to 300°C ± 5°C. When formulated into heat – resistant coatings, it can withstand temperatures of 600 – 800°C.

Good Mechanical Properties: The coating dries quickly, with good adhesion and excellent flexibility.

Wide Range of Applications: Suitable for manufacturing specialized heat – resistant paints for exhaust pipes, ovens, fireplaces, electric stove plates, etc.

 

Usage Instructions

Avoid contact with acids, bases, organic salts, amines, and other substances during use, as this may lead to accelerated curing or gelation.

The compound is particularly sensitive to alkalis, so it is important to select neutral materials when formulating paints.
