Performance and use
STD-800 is a compound of organic phosphonic acid, polycarboxylic acid, carbon steel corrosion inhibitor and copper corrosion inhibitor. It has a good chelating and dispersing effect on calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, calcium phosphate, etc. in water, and has a good corrosion inhibition effect on carbon steel and copper.
STD-800 is mainly used for corrosion and scale inhibition in circulating cooling water systems, such as power plants, chemical plants, petrochemicals, steel and other circulating cooling water systems. It has good corrosion inhibition effect and strong scale inhibition ability.

How to use
Add the daily required corrosion and scale inhibitor STD-800 into the plastic dosing barrel (or box).
For ease of use, it can be diluted with water and then continuously added at the inlet of the circulation pump (i.e. the outlet of the sump) using a metering pump or through an adjusting valve; the dosing concentration is generally 10-30 mg/L (based on the amount of supplementary water).
Packaging and storage
Corrosion and scale inhibitor STD-800 is packaged in plastic barrels, 25kg/barrel or as required by the user.
Store in a cool place, storage period is twelve months.
Safety and protection
The corrosion and scale inhibitor STD-800 is weakly acidic. Pay attention to labor protection during operation and avoid contact with skin, eyes, etc. Rinse with plenty of water after contact.
