1、Rubber Antioxidant

◆ Performance:
-6PPD is an outstanding antioxidant and antiozonant, which exhibits strong anti-ozone, anti-fatigue and anti-bending performance;
-6PPD’s comprehensive aging resistance performance is better than that of quinolone and amine antioxidants;
-6PPD 6PPD has a certain protective effect on the catalytic oxidation of copper, manganese and other variable-valent metals;
-6PPD is well compatible with rubber with lower pollution and volatility.
◆ Application:
-6PPD is a general antioxidant and antiozonant, which is suitable for the formulations of natural rubber and synthetic rubber;
-6PPD can be applied to tires, conveyor belts, rubber pipes, cables, etc., and rubber products that need dynamic and static oxidation and ozone resistance protection;
-6PPD has a stabhization effect on many solution and emulsion polymers;
In the production of styrene monomer, p-methylstyrene, divinylbenzene and acrylate, 6PPD can be used as a polymerization inhibitor.

2、Insoluble Sulfur

The insoluble sulfur can help stick tire materials (including cords, steel wires, and rubber) together more solidly, effectively prevent rubber blooming, improve the heat- and wear-resistant performance,? and enhance overall structural strength to make high-speed driving safer.

◆ Performance:
-HS OT 20 is a polymer sulfur with high thermal stability, which is insoluble in rubber. It can prolong the scorch time of rubber compound, prevent the migration of sulfur and improve the viscosity of rubber surface;
-HS OT 20 is pollution-free and does not change the color.
◆ Application:
-HS OT 20 is generally used in unsaturated rubber formulations with high sulfur content, especially when the phr of added parts exceeds the solubility of soluble sulfur;
-HS OT 20 has a low migration rate, even dispersion and a long scorch time in rubber, which can improve the adhesion between copper coated steel wire and rubber, so it is widely used in tire steel wire adhesive formulations and OTR tires;
-HS OT 20 can also be used in vulcanized rubber products with high requirements for performance.

3、Rubber Vulcanizing Accelerator
Accelerators as rubber additives have been widely recognized by the market. Their main function is to accelerate the vulcanization speed, extend the processing safety time, and improve the performance of rubber and products. We adopted the “old products, new processes” strategy to achieve a new green process from intermediates M to downstream products such as NS, CBS, DZ, DM, etc. Accelerators form a multi-product combination with antioxidants, insoluble sulfur and other products to provide customers with combined product services.
