Introduction
Retinol Acetate, also named Vitamin A acetate, is a fat-soluble vitamin. It is a vitamin A nutritional supplement. Vitamin A acetate is an unsaturated ester, oily, easily oxidized, soluble in fat or organic solvents, but insoluble in water and difficult to be added to food uniformly, so its application range is limited. After microencapsulation, It can improve its water solubility and stability, and its form changes from oily to powdery, which is convenient for storage, transportation and processing.
