Pure epoxy powder coating (model CH) is a versatile indoor-grade epoxy system with strong corrosion resistance and electrical insulation. It is our general-purpose choice where barrier protection matters more than outdoor UV exposure.

Application Notes
Consistent results depend on process control as much as the powder itself:
| Thorough pretreatment to remove all surface contaminants |
| Oil-free, water-free compressed air; check the oil-water separator regularly |
| Proper, clean workpiece hooks for reliable grounding |
| Do not mix powders from different manufacturers or models |
| Oven temperature uniform within 5°C to limit colour difference |
| Sieve reclaimed powder before blending with virgin powder in the set ratio |
Packaging & storage: 20 kg/carton; seal and store in a ventilated room below 35°C. Shelf life one year from production; out-of-date material may be used after passing inspection. Performance depends on substrate, process and service conditions beyond our control — we stand behind product quality itself.
