Storage and Curing
Storage Stability
12 months when stored below 30°C. Retest expired material before use and use only if it meets the required specifications.
Curing Conditions
200°C for 12 minutes or 180°C for 15 minutes, based on the workpiece surface temperature.
Pretreatment
Clean and degrease metal substrates. Zinc or iron phosphating may be used for ferrous metals; select a suitable conversion treatment for aluminum.
Application and Spraying
The powder can be applied using manual or automatic electrostatic spraying equipment. Automatic spraying is recommended where consistent coating quality is required. Overspray can be recovered using a suitable powder recovery system.

Coating Repair
