Product Introduction:

MT-PPA2200B polymer processing aid is a free-flowing 25-mesh white powder containing 97% active ingredients. This product is used to improve the processing performance of polyolefins at a very low addition amount (50-800ppm), and will not affect the physical properties of the resin itself, nor the bonding, printing and heat sealing properties of the product. It is suitable for the processing performance of mLLDPE, LLDPE, MDPE, HDPE, HMW-HDPE, LDPE, VLDPE, EVA, PP, PVC, PS, PA, PET, ABS and other materials.

Application:

Blown film, cast film, sheet, pipe extrusion, cable insulation, sheathing materials, etc.

Product functions:

• Eliminate melt fracture, improve surface finish and brightness of products
• Reduce the number of film crystal points/fish eyes
• Reduce or eliminate die head precipitates, extend continuous production time
• Increase the proportion of LLDPE in the formula, reduce costs and improve quality
• Increase the production capacity of the equipment while maintaining the original back pressure
