Introduction

1. Product Overview

This product is a heavy-duty anti-corrosion modified epoxy powder coating. When applied to the surface of preheated and degassed steel springs, the powder melts, flows, and cures into a uniform and dense coating film after baking at a specified temperature and time.

The coating film provides excellent adhesion and effectively prevents corrosion caused by corrosive air, hydrocarbons, acids, alkalis, salts, microorganisms, wastewater, and exhaust gases.

It features outstanding toughness, fatigue resistance, and impact resistance. After 100.000 fatigue cycle tests, the coating shows no cracking, peeling, or detachment. The coating also demonstrates excellent impact resistance and fully passes the impact test at -40℃.
