Packaging & Transport
Carton, lined with two layers of PVC plastic bags, 20 kg net per carton. Non-hazardous — transport by any method; protect from direct sunlight, moisture, heat and contact with chemicals.
Health & Safety
Wear a dust mask during use to avoid inhaling dust; minimise long-term skin contact. Powder on skin can be washed off with soap.
Practical note: 3C parts are thin and tight-tolerance — keep film thickness in the 30–40 µm window to avoid clogging screw holes, speaker grilles and assembly features. Use a low-charge, fine-particle gun and good pre-treatment for corner coverage on folded edges. For visible housings, match colour and gloss from one batch and confirm the panel before bulk spraying.
