Physical Properties

Appearance: Clear or slightly colored liquid, depending on the formulation.

Solid Content (N.V%): 40-60%

Viscosity (cps): 1000-3000 at 25°C

Drying Time: 10-20 minutes at room temperature (20-30°C)

Curing Temperature: 120-150°C for 3-5 minutes

Usage Method

Application: Apply the coating evenly onto the substrate using a brush, roller, or spray gun.

Drying: Allow the coating to dry at room temperature for 10-20 minutes.

Heat Press: Place the coated substrate into the heat press and apply pressure at 120-150°C for 3-5 minutes.

Cooling: Allow the material to cool down gradually to ensure proper bonding.

Storage Conditions

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. The recommended storage temperature is 10-30°C.

Available in 1-liter or 5-liter containers.

Notes

Ensure proper ventilation during application.

Wear protective gloves and goggles to avoid skin and eye contact.

Clean tools and equipment immediately after use to prevent drying and clogging.
