Polysilazane Resin STD8812

Functional additives 2025-05-14

Introduction

STD 8812 is a vinyl-containing polysilazane resin that serves as a ceramic precursor. It cures under heating, exhibits excellent adhesion to metals, polymers, and glass, and can withstand temperatures up to 600℃ after curing. Through ceramic conversion processes, it achieves high-temperature resistance of 1500-1800℃.

Features & Applications

Features:

Low viscosity

High-temperature and oxidation resistance

Applications:

Ceramic precursors

High-temperature adhesives

Instructions

Curing process: 200℃/1-2h or 300℃/30min

This material is highly moisture-sensitive. Prolonged exposure causes degradation. After opening, purge with N₂/Ar and store at low temperature to extend shelf life.
