▶Electrostatic coating processing guide

1.All sharp edges and burrs on the metal surface should be removed in order to avoid pin holes in the coating.
2.First degrease the metal part with surface agent or heating,and then sand blast the metal surface with clean alumina sand .
3.The clean treated substrate must be heated to 320~350℃ for about 1 hour before first coating,to apply coatings evenly,flow out the coating at 320~350℃.The coating time should be limited to 10 mins for every layer.Powder coating must be stop if there is white unmelting powder deposited on the surface,the oven temperature should never be below 320℃.
4.Repeat the above step 3 until the target thickness is reached,and then cool to room temperature finally.
5.Then carry out for quality detection,and finally put into storage for delivery.
