Powder coating is an accessible way of adding vibrant colors to your pieces. Dip or sift colors onto clean metal and bake in a toaster oven. Heat metal at curing temperature of powder coating for 10 minutes before application. Powder coat any metal, fired metal clay, glass, plastic, wood, etc.

Cure Schedule: 12 Minutes at 400 Degrees (Part Metal Temperature)

Gloss Level: 90%

Specific Gravity: 1.2-1.8

Theoretical Coverage: 51.5/sq ft per pound

Instructions:

Gun to Component Distance:15-30CM

Curing Temperature:180-200℃,10 min-15 min

Coverage: 1/2 lb. of powder is approximately 10-20 sq. ft.

Store in ventilated, dry, clean room, temperature < 25℃

Away from direct sunlight, fire, heat
