Pharmaceutical Intermediates Fluorobenzene

Pharmaceutical Materials 2025-03-02

Obtained from aniline by Schiemann reaction. Aniline with 31% hydrochloric acid into salt, cooling to -8 ℃, plus sodium nitrite solution diazotization. The diazotization solution was cooled down to -10 ℃, and fluoroboric acid solution was added to produce a less soluble fluoroboric acid diazonium salt, which was filtered. The fluoroborate diazobenzene was dried and pyrolyzed. At the same time, distill the fluorobenzene generated, distillate washed with sodium hydroxide solution, and then washed with water, after drying and distillation, that is, the finished product, yield of about 53%. This method consumes a large amount of boric acid, exhaust gas, high cost.

Storage method :Storage Precautions Store in a cool, ventilated warehouse. Keep away from fire and heat source. The storage temperature should not exceed 37℃. Keep the container sealed. Store separately from oxidizers, avoid mixing. Use explosion-proof lighting and ventilation facilities. Prohibit the use of mechanical equipment and tools that are easy to generate sparks. The storage area should be equipped with leakage emergency treatment equipment and suitable sheltering materials.
