Introduction

1. Product Overview

This thermoplastic anti-corrosion powder coating is specially designed for water transmission pipelines. Compared with engineering-grade powder coatings, it provides superior adhesion performance, reaching an internationally advanced level.

The coating has a wide application temperature range and can effectively adapt to customers’ equipment conditions, helping meet energy-saving and consumption-reduction requirements.

This series of powder coatings is available in two types: high-temperature type and low-temperature type.

The low-temperature type is an improved product developed by our company based on the high-temperature type. It further enhances adhesion performance under lower temperature conditions (compared with the high-temperature type), allowing the coating process to be carried out at a lower temperature.

This design meets customers’ higher requirements for energy saving and consumption reduction, as well as applications with limited equipment conditions.

The introduction of this product effectively prevents localized coating discoloration caused by uneven furnace temperatures. Meanwhile, the durability of the coating is also improved.

The cost of low-temperature powder coating is higher than that of high-temperature powder coating. Users can select the appropriate type according to their actual requirements.

Packaging: 25 kg kraft paper bags.

Shelf life: 12 months.

Protect from direct sunlight and rain. When the ambient temperature exceeds 35℃, appropriate insulation measures should be taken during storage and transportation.
