Introduction
MT-85B One-Component Polyurethane Moisture-Curing Primer is a moisture-curing polyurethane primer that reacts with moisture in the air to form a tough coating with corrosion and wear resistance. It penetrates porous, water-permeable substrates and provides high adhesion to concrete. MT-85B is designed for use as a primer beneath polyurea and polyurethane elastomer coating systems.

Surface Preparation
- Ensure all surfaces are clean and dry before application.

Packaging

Shelf Life

Storage Conditions
Store in a well-ventilated area at 5–35°C. Keep the container tightly sealed and protect the product from moisture.
Open the container only when the product is ready for use. After opening, reseal any unused material promptly using the moisture-control procedure specified by the manufacturer.
Application Instructions
MT-85B can be applied by brush, roller, or suitable single-component spray equipment.

- Avoid prolonged or repeated inhalation of vapors or spray mist. Use appropriate respiratory protection based on the product Safety Data Sheet (SDS) and site risk assessment.
- Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Wear suitable protective gloves, eye protection, and protective clothing.
- For partially used containers, follow the manufacturer’s approved moisture-control and resealing procedure. Do not introduce nitrogen or other gases unless the procedure is confirmed by the manufacturer and the container is suitable for that use.
