This product is a self-steering acid main agent for clean fracturing acidification, a variable viscosity diversion acid main agent, and a clean fracturing fluid main agent. It is a medium- and high-temperature betaine viscoelastic surfactant that can withstand a temperature of 60 degrees Celsius. When combined with other high-temperature resistant products, the temperature resistance can be improved. It has excellent performance in oil field drilling, acidification, fracturing, oil recovery and other fields. It is one of the most widely used betaine viscoelastic surfactants.

Performance and use

1. STD OAB40 has the following characteristics:

1) It has good compatibility with anionic, cationic, nonionic and amphoteric surfactants.

2) It has mild performance, good foaming and foam stability, and can reduce the irritation of anionic surfactants.

3) It has good thickening properties when compounded with anionic surfactants.

4) It has good antistatic, antibacterial, biodegradable and very low biological toxicity.

5) It has strong salt and hard water resistance.

6) It is used as the main agent, thickener, viscoelastic surfactant, and oil displacement agent of self-steering acid in oil and gas fields, and as thickener, conditioner, wetting agent, antibacterial agent, antistatic agent, etc. in daily chemical or other industrial fields.

2. STD OAB40 is used as the main agent, thickener, viscoelastic surfactant, and oil displacement agent of self-steering acid in oil and gas fields, and has the following properties and uses:

1) It can reach an ultra-low interfacial tension of 10-3mN·m-1 with crude oil, and has broad prospects as a chemical oil displacement agent.

2) In salt solutions or acid solutions with different pH values, as the concentration of hydrochloric acid continues to decrease and the pH value increases, the viscosity of the system increases rapidly, forming viscoelastic solutions or gels of different strengths, which are used as clean fracturing fluids, self-steering acids, and viscoelastic surfactants (VES) main agents.

3) It is used in self-steering acid systems to play the role of viscous acid, self-steering acid, and slow acid. It is used in the diversion acidification of heterogeneous reservoirs. The acid system automatically becomes viscous with the acid-rock reaction, which has the effect of diversion acidification and will not cause secondary damage to the formation.

4) It is used in the viscoelastic surfactant (VES) system. It has the advantages of easy preparation and construction, high viscosity, high elasticity, automatic steering, low friction, reduced acid loss, strong stability (salt resistance), easy backflow without residue, and no damage to the formation.

5) It can withstand a temperature of about 60℃. It is an ideal viscoelastic surfactant for heterogeneous reservoirs of medium and low temperature oil and gas reservoirs and medium and low permeability reservoirs-increase and transformation operations.

6) It can be used in many fields such as oil and gas field drilling, acidification, fracturing, and oil displacement. Good results have been achieved in many oil fields in China and abroad.

7) This product can also be used in daily chemicals and other industrial fields. In the daily chemical industry, it is used as a conditioner, wetting agent, bactericide, antistatic agent, etc. It is an excellent conditioner for hair and skin care products, which can bring a smooth, silky soft feeling. It helps to increase the viscosity of anionic surfactant systems, is non-toxic, biodegradable, and very gentle on the skin and eyes.

Usage and Dosage

Add according to the application formula, reference amount 1.0%-8.0%.

Packaging and Storage

200kg/plastic barrel. Store in a cool, dry place, protect from freezing and sun. Shelf life one year (0~35℃)
