Fluidized bed, not standard sprayNylon is usually applied by dipping preheated parts into a fluidized powder bed; film thickness follows part temperature and dip time, as with other thermoplastic powders.Choose the grade by moisture pickupNylon 6 absorbs more moisture; Nylon 12 picks up the least and is the usual choice for outdoor and dimension-stable parts.
