Appearance: beige granular powder
Application range: soap washing after dyeing and printing of acrylic and its blended fabrics. Stripping of cationic fixing agent.
Usage: dipping method, dyeing in one bath
Dosage:
Removal of fixing agent: 2.0 ~ 4.0g/L
Disperse dye dispersant: 0.3 ~ 1.0g/L
Soap washing, one-bath dyeing: 1.0 ~ 3.0g/L
Performance introduction:
1. Used for soap washing after dyeing of acrylic and its blended fabrics, it can fully remove cationic dyes attached to the surface of cotton and wool fabrics, thereby improving various dye fastnesses and having little effect on the color of the fabric.
2. Used for soap washing after printing of acrylic and its blended fabrics, it can effectively prevent the dye on the surface of the fabric from staining the white ground.
3. It can be used as a dispersant for various dyes, especially for active, direct, disperse and other turquoise blue dyes, effectively preventing the generation of color spots and spots. It has strong anti-precipitation and dispersing ability, which can prevent different ionic dyes from agglomerating and precipitating when dyeing in the same bath.
4. It can be used to remove cationic fixing agents used for active dyes, which is conducive to rework.
