Introduction

The Multi-Line Bridge-Type Curing Oven is an integrated system that combines moisture drying and powder curing in one continuous process. As a powder coating line equipment manufacturer, we design and supply bridge-type curing ovens to powder coating job shops, furniture factories, aluminium profile plants and industrial OEMs — after immersion pre-treatment, workpieces are conveyed directly by chain into the drying oven, then the powder booth, then the curing oven, and finally through the cooling zone back to room temperature before unloading and packaging.

Multi-Line Bridge-Type Curing Oven

This integrated drying-and-curing system is built for high-volume continuous powder coating lines. Workpieces go through immersion pre-treatment, chain-conveyed into the drying oven for moisture removal, then into the powder coating booth for electrostatic spray, then into the curing oven for full powder cure, and finally through a cooling zone back to room temperature before unloading and shipment.

Through-type bridge curing oven for long workpieces

The Through-Type Bridge Curing Oven is specially designed for extra-long workpieces and other products that require customised process holes. It is a dedicated powder curing oven structure optimised for handling long and continuous parts efficiently — think long aluminium extrusions, pipe sections, fence panels and structural members.

Energy advantage: this bridge design delivers significantly higher thermal efficiency and lower operating costs compared with conventional batch curing ovens — the bridge geometry reduces heat loss at the entrance and exit, so less fuel is consumed per rack of parts cured.

Process Flow

1	Hanging Workpiece	Hang the workpiece onto the conveyor system or overhead track.
2	Workpiece Pre-treatment (Immersion)	The workpiece enters an immersion tank containing cleaning and chemical solutions; suitable for complex shapes and heavy-oil parts.
3	Enter Drying Oven	Drying stage removes moisture and residual chemicals from the surface.
4	Powder Coating	Electrostatic spray guns apply powder coating evenly onto the workpiece.
5	Enter Curing Oven	Powder is fully cured through heating (typically natural gas or electric heating).
6	Cooling & Unloading	After curing, the workpiece cools down and is unloaded from the production line.
