Introduction
SA851Bis a solvent-based two-component adhesive that needs to be used with hardener MT-9001. It mainly bond with various membrane materials, membrane and aluminum materials and has high peel strength and boiling resistance.

2.Application precess
1. Dilution: it is recommended to mix the hardener and the solvent evenly before add the addhesive. Stirring time should not be less than 5 minutes.
2. Dry coating weight：Suggested coating dry weight 4-6g/m2
3. Drying temperature：Suggested drying temperature 70-100℃，according to the drying situation;
4. Compound temperature：Suggested compound temperature 50-70℃;
5. Curing condition：Suggested curing temperature 60-70℃，curing time 3-4 days.
3.Notice
1. Avoid moisture and keep dry;
2. It is recommended to use up the ingredients within 2-4 hoursafter stirring.
3. The diluent can be ethyl acetate or butanone with moisture content of no more than 0.2%; ethanol and other alcohol solvents with active hydrogen cannot be used;
