Introduction
Metallic flat matte powder coating is a super weather-resistant polyester finish in metallic grey, with a low-reflective, even metallic sheen rather than a bright sparkle. It is engineered for aluminium profiles, aluminium veneer, system doors and windows, building curtain walls and metal railings, where a modern, understated exterior look must also hold up outdoors.

Practical note: flat matte metallic relies on even film build to look flat — overspray or thin spots show as glossy patches and uneven shimmer, so keep gun distance and speed steady on long profiles. Matte films are more prone to touch-up marks and rubbing, so handle cured parts carefully and avoid stacking them against each other. Because this is a super-durable polyester for architecture, the aluminium conversion coat and cure to object temperature are what deliver the multi-year gloss and colour retention the facade expects; skip either and the grey will chalk and fade well before its design life.
