Practical note: metallic powders look best when bonded (the flake is fixed to the powder particle) rather than dry-blended — this keeps the metallic effect uniform and avoids flake separation in reclaim. Keep film thickness consistent, since thin spots read as dull and thick spots darken the sheen. For outdoor garden furniture, pair with a UV-stabilised polyester system; bring cold powder up to room temperature before spraying to avoid moisture and sags.
