Introduction
Product Overview
STD8804R is a side-methyl 100% solid-content polysilazane resin capable of moisture or thermal curing. The cured resin exhibits exceptional adhesion to challenging substrates including metals, glass, ceramics, plastics, and graphite. With outstanding high-temperature resistance, hardness, chemical/water/stain resistance, and weatherproof properties, it is widely used for surface treatment and protection in marine, chemical pipelines, nuclear facilities, industrial components, electronics, and new energy battery parts. For ultra-high-temperature formulations, substrates require heating to ≥450℃ to initiate ceramic conversion, achieving peak operating temperatures exceeding 800℃.
