VN830 is gerenal type secondary adhesive, match with hardener CA-N6.suitable for substrates such as PA、PET and aluminum foil, 3C li-ion battery.

Application process
1) Coating dry weight：Suggested coating dry weight between 4-5g/m2
2) Drying temperature：Suggested drying temperature 80-100℃，according to the drying situation;
3) Compound temperature：Suggested compound temperature 80-120℃
4)Curing condition：Suggested curing temperature 55-60℃，curing time 5-7days.
Test method
1) Peeling strength: 180°peeling, machine speed 100mm/min, record the average test value
2) Deep-drawing performance: the deep-drawing machine draws into a 3*5cm double-pit sample, and observes the appearance integrity of the sample shell at different depths of drawing.
3) Humidity and heat resistance: After the shell is flushed, place the sample in a double 85 aging test box, and observe the appearance after the specified time.
4) Heat-sealing performance: After the shell is punched, heat seal the sample at the edge under the condition of 190℃*12s*0.4MPa. After heat-sealing, observe whether there is delamination
