Overview:

Collector belongs to the xanthate series and possesses the strongest collecting properties among them.

Characteristics: A brownish-red oily liquid with an irritating odor, soluble in water.

Application:

Collector is an ultra-strong collector used in flotation processes where strong collecting power is required without the need for selectivity, especially for non-ferrous metal ores. For instance, it is the best collector for flotation of oxidized flotation ores, oxidized copper ores, oxidized lead-zinc ores, arsenic-containing refractory ores (after sulfidization with sulfidizing agents), copper-nickel sulfide ores, gold-bearing pyrite ores, and gold-bearing oxidized ores, which are difficult to select.

Usage:

The usage is similar to other types of xanthate collectors. It can be used alone or in conjunction with other types of xanthate collectors. When used alone, it requires only 1/3 or 1/2 of the amount of other xanthate collectors. When combined, it can be used at around 10-20 grams per ton, adjusted according to the nature of the ore and the requirements for recovery rates and concentrate grades in the process.

Packaging:

Packed in plastic drums, each weighing 200 kg net, or other forms and specifications according to customer needs.

Keep dry, away from heat, and protect from fire.
