Solubility	DMI is soluble in water and has a solubility of ≥100 mg/mL in DMSO.
Applications	It is used as a solvent and penetration aid in pharmaceutical formulations. Additionally, DMI can be used for sustainable ultrafiltration and microfiltration membrane preparation.
Storage Conditions	It should be stored at room temperature in its pure form for up to 3 years. When stored in a solvent, it is stable for 6 months at -80°C and 1 month at -20°C.
