Application Guide
Curing Conditions
Recommended curing conditions: 210°C for 12 minutes. For consistent curing and stable gloss, use an oven with uniform temperature distribution and an appropriate heating rate. Adjust the curing temperature and time according to the workpiece and actual process conditions.
Pretreatment
Pretreat the workpiece before spraying in accordance with the applicable requirements of GB/T 8013.3-2007. The original technical specification gives a chromate conversion coating mass of 0.4–1.0 g/m². The interval between chemical conversion pretreatment and coating should not exceed 16 hours; coating should be applied as soon as practicable after the treated surface has dried.
Workpiece Hanging
Arrange and hang workpieces according to their shape and thickness to improve powder utilization and coating yield. Keep the spraying system and surrounding area clean to prevent contamination or mixing of different powder coating products, which may affect the final appearance.
Powder Spraying
Select suitable process parameters and control the spraying voltage, air pressure, and powder output. A temperature- and humidity-controlled spraying environment is recommended. The suggested spraying conditions are 15–25°C and 45–55% relative humidity. Control the proportion of recovered powder to help maintain color consistency.
Recommended film thickness: 50–80 μm
Coating color and appearance may vary with curing conditions, film thickness, and other process variables. Conduct a trial application before production to confirm the required finish.

Storage Conditions
