Product Name HSL-303 (FALAC-303) Universal Coloring Layer for Gold and Silver Inks
Main Purpose FALAC-303 is a single-component coloring agent for gold and silver in various printing applications.
Product Features – Good stability and gloss of the finished product.<br>- Excellent hot stamping applicability: Suitable for both fine lines and large-area stamping.<br>- High-speed coating performance up to over 200 m/min.<br>- A universal single-component coloring system.<br>- Heat resistance up to over 160℃.
Physical Properties – Appearance: Light yellow transparent liquid<br>- Solid Content (N.V %): 37±2%<br>- Formulation:<br> FALAC-303: 60<br> Methyl ethyl ketone (MEK): 48<br> Cyclohexanone: 12<br> Dye: Added according to customer-specific color requirements<br>- Coating and Dilution Temperature: 20~30℃<br>- Storage Conditions: Above 5℃ in winter, below 30℃ in summer
Coating Process – Anilox Roll: 200 mesh or 190 mesh<br>- Dry Coating Weight: 1.0~1.3 g/m²<br>- Drying Oven Temperature: 100℃-130℃-150℃-155℃-140℃ for 10~15 seconds<br>- Coating Speed: 100~120 m/min<br>- Release Requirements: Suitable for release with ordinary water wax or OP wax<br>- Usage Recommendation: For making dark colors like silver or red, use in combination with FALAC-305. Suggested ratio (303:305) is 1-4:1 depending on the requirement.
Stability Sealed packaging, can be stored for at least 6 months in a cool and dry environment
