Pretreatment & Application
PretreatmentDegrease all surfaces. Iron or zinc phosphate on steel improves corrosion resistance; aluminium uses chromate conversion. Cleanliness is essential.ApplicationManual or automatic electrostatic spray; reclaim and reuse overspray. Overcoating after full cure is not recommended.
