Introduction
High-temperature resistant powder coating keeps its colour, adhesion and physical properties above 200°C. Formulated with heat-resistant resins, pigments and fillers — predominantly silicone-based systems — it protects surfaces exposed to sustained heat without blistering, chalking or peeling.

Practical note: Silicone-based high-temperature powders usually require a heat-curing schedule and a bake-out that drives off volatile components. Above about 400°C, organic pigments fade and only heat-resistant (e.g. aluminium) pigments hold colour — choose the grade by the actual continuous operating temperature, not peak temperature. Black and silver/metallic are the most stable colours under prolonged heat.
