Introduction
Hardware powder coating is our general-purpose decorative and protective powder for electric cabinets, steel components, mechanical equipment and bridge-type steelwork. The formula is tuned to feed evenly over corners and weld points, keep colour consistent on thick and thin parts, and hold up to weather and chemicals in service.

Application Guide
PretreatmentDegrease all metal. Iron parts use zinc or iron phosphate; aluminium uses chromate conversion coating to raise corrosion resistance.Spray ParametersAtomising and primary air about 0.5 bar; spray voltage 40–90 kV. Automatic spray recommended for consistent film.
Cure by Workpiece200°C / 12 min or 180°C / 15 min at workpiece surface temperature — verify on actual parts, not oven air.Storage & Repair12 months below 30°C, retest after expiry. For damage, grind and clean, then respray at reduced voltage.
